i just spent another day sleeping in until the sunset
woke up on the couch
i've been hanging with the dog
i've been watching all this bullshit, lazy as hell
now i'm turning off the TV
catch a little draft of the cigarette smell
it reminds me of a time when everything was easy and i still felt

left behind so many things held dear to me
